HSE CONSULTANCY RATES
As many HSE consultancy jobs or projects are unique to the specific customer or location we prefer to give individual job or project prices to customers (please call for quotes or use the enquiry form in our Contact Us page), however the following gives an indication of our general price range for day or hourly rates and for specific HSE packages and specialist work:
Normal HSE Consultancy Day Rate: £650 (excl. VAT & expenses)
Normal HSE Consultancy Hourly Rate: £80 (excl. VAT & expenses)
IOSH TRAINING PACKAGES
IOSH Managing Safely Training Course Package (4-5 days): £2750 (up to 12 delegates); plus £50 per delegate IOSH costs; additional delegates @ £350 per delegate up to a maximum of 15 per course (excl. VAT & expenses). The course can be run over 4 days, however we do not recommend this as some useful course material and the practical exercise will not be covered. This would reduce the cost of the course by £400.
Alternatively we can provide our own Turquoise HSE Managing Safely Training Course Package (4 days): £2000 (up to 15 delegates). This is a similar training course to the IOSH Managing Safely Training Course however it is a Turquoise HSE developed training course that covers all appropriate H&S responsibilities and accountabilities within UK law but does not come with IOSH certification or approvals.
IOSH Working Safely Training Course Package (1-2 days): £1100 (up to 12 delegates); plus £50 per delegate IOSH costs; additional delegates @ £150 per delegate up to a maximum of 15 per course (excl. VAT & expenses). The course can be run over 1 day, however we do not recommend this as some useful course material and the practical exercise will not be covered. This would reduce the cost of the course by £400.
Alternatively we can provide our own Turquoise HSE Working Safely Training Course Package (1.5 days): £750 (up to 15 delegates). This is a similar training course to the IOSH Working Safely Training Course however it is a Turquoise HSE developed training course that covers all appropriate H&S responsibilities and accountabilities within UK law but does not come with IOSH certification or approvals.

THE HEALTH & SAFETY PACKAGE FOR SMEs
Full Health & Safety Package for companies with between 1 & 10 employees in single premises - only £1000 (or £100 per month) plus annual support (excl. VAT & expenses)
Full Health & Safety Package for companies with between 11 & 25 employees in single premises - only £1500 (or £150 per month) plus annual support (excl. VAT & expenses)
Full Health & Safety Package for companies with more than 25 employees in single premises - fee on application
The Health & Safety Package comprises of the following:
A full Health & Safety Compliance Audit and Report
A personalised Health & Safety Policy/Mission Statement
A personalised Health & Safety Policy Manual
Suitable and sufficient Health & Safety Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safety Procedures for all tasks, activities and operations with significant risk
Relevant Health & Safety awareness training for all members of staff
A personalised Health & Safety certificate detailing the services provided
Personal training certificates for all members of staff attending the training course
A copy of the HSE’s publication - “Essentials of Health & Safety at Work”
A copy of the CITB’s Construction Site Safety Notes, GE700 for construction industry customers (optional and additional charge)
Also included in the package:
Free access to a competent Health & Safety professional for one full year
Free access to Health & Safety advice via a telephone helpline for one full year
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
To add Environmental service to the Health & Safety Package in single premises - just add £300 to the full service cost above
To perform a full Waste & Environmental Review in single premises - only £650 single fee
Provision of CITB Construction Site Safety Notes, GE700 (or equivalent) - only £80
Reduced EHS consultancy rate (for companies who have already purchased a package) - £600 per day, £75 per hour
n.b. for businesses occupying multiple premises - fee on application.
